The TAMARIN is managed by 3 members of the Dar family; Jennifer, Bilal & Sayeed. The meaning of 'Dar' is 'home' and the TAMARIN feels relaxed - just like home - whether dining or just enjoying a coffee or cocktail in its pretty garden setting.

TAMARIN offer both Mediterranean & Kashmiri cuisine. The Mediterranean menu focuses heavily on North Africa & the Middle East whilst offering classics from Spain, Italy & Greece. The Kashmiri Wazwaan menu offers authentic classics from the valley. The only truly Wazwaan restaurant in Goa.

We have a passion for home cooking and produce almost all of our food on site, including bread, baked goods, chutneys, yogurt and much more. We grow many of our own herbs at the restaurant and endeavor to source the freshest of local ingredients, only opting for imports when the local produce just won't do!
